Our speaker program

Here at the Food & Mood Academy, we believe in the importance of having the most up-to-date information about food and mood.

We offer our expert speakers and collaborators to provide paid presentations on a range of topics in Nutritional Psychiatry.

Our speakers are experts in the field Nutritional Psychiatry and Lifestyle Medicine.

We can work with you to tailor our presentations and build bespoke training offerings to meet the needs of your organisation, community group or school. Some of the topics we regularly present on include:

  • An introduction to food & mood
  • Diet and depression
  • The gut microbiome
  • The mental health continuum
  • Making sustainable changes
  • Nutritional Psychiatry in clinical practice

Dr Tetyana Rocks, lead of the Food & Mood Academy, senior research fellow, Accredited Practising Dietitian and experienced educator is also available for keynote presentations and clinician training.

Most presentations are for 1 hour, including 10-15 minutes for a Q & A session at the end. We also provide workshops and training programs that can run across multiple days.

Our experts work with you to adapt their presentations to your requirements and goals for your event, and we collaborate with our extensive network of researchers and clinicians to ensure you’re receiving current, relevant, and evidence-based information.

We offer virtual presentations, and when and where possible, we are able to travel to talk to your group in person. Additional fees may apply for travel depending on your location.

Please note, we do not allow recording or our presentations without previous agreement and additional fees may apply.
