Elizabeth’s research interests include the role of dietary compounds, specifically polyphenols, in the treatment, management and prevention of depression. Her PhD focuses on the role of polyphenols in depression particularly in the Australian population as well as polyphenol’s potential mechanisms of action.

Elizabeth is a PhD student at the Food and Mood Centre at Deakin University. She holds a Bachelor or Nutrition Science and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Honours).
