Elizabeth is a PhD student at the Food & Mood Centre. She holds a Bachelor or Nutrition Science and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Honours). Elizabeth’s research interests include the role of dietary compounds, specifically polyphenols, in the treatment, management and prevention of depression. Her PhD focuses on the role of polyphenols in depression particularly in the Australian population as well as polyphenol’s potential mechanisms of action.
