Pishva is a PhD student at the Deakin Food & Mood Centre. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition Science and has conducted multiple research projects exploring the relationship between dietary factors and chronic diseases. His research interests focus on personalised nutrition and its potential to improve health outcomes. Currently, his work centres on investigating polyphenol intake and its association with mental health, with a particular emphasis on understanding the underlying biological mechanisms. His research aims to contribute to the development of targeted dietary strategies for the prevention and management of mental disorders.
