Rebecca’s research interests include depression and anxiety prevention, health psychology and nutritional epidemiology. In particular, she is interested in the role of health behaviours in mental health. Her PhD focuses on the prevention of common mental disorders through modifiable health behaviours, including diet, exercise, sleep and smoking. In particular, she is examining the proportion of population depression and anxiety attributable to these behaviours.
